Are your products authentic?
Yes. All our products are 100% authentic or original. We do not and will never sell knock-offs.
Do you have a physical store?
No. We only have an office and warehouse located in BF Homes, Paranaque City.
Can I pick up items or visit your warehouse?
Yes, you can but by appointment. Please contact us for your preferred schedule so we can check for the availability.
Why are your prices much cheaper than others?
Because we source items cheaper than others. We buy most of our items directly from head office, official distributors or first vendors in Korea.
Do you have a reseller program?
As of now, we don’t have a reseller program but we offer discounts to resellers and bulk/wholesale buyers.
Is there a Minimum Order Quantity or Minimum Order Purchase for Resellers, Bulk/Wholesale Buyers?
No. At RR Korean Shop, we aim to support resellers and we understand their budget and requirements so we sell any amount without any minimum at a discounted price.
Do you have Cash on Delivery?
Yes, we offer COD Nationwide but with a fixed shipping fee and valuation fee. Shipping fee for Metro Manila is 75 and Cross Province/City is 170. All deliveries shall be subject to a Valuation Fee of 1% or ₱ 15 whichever is higher. Items must fit in the courier pouch (18×12”).
How fast is the shipping?
We usually ship items the same day as long as the courier still didn’t arrive before the payment otherwise, we ship next day.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), Bank Transfer/Bank Deposit and GCash. We do not support payments via Remittance Centers as of the moment.

What couriers do you use?
We use Gryffon Courier for Metro Manila orders and JRS or J&T for Cross Provinces/Cities. For COD orders, our courier nationwide is GoGoXpress via QuadX formerly XPOST.

What if I receive a defective/damaged item?

What if I receive a wrong item or parcel?
This case can’t be avoided but in case it happens, please send us an email immediately at [email protected]. Kindly include all photos and waybill on your email so we can send you the correct items as soon as possible and arrange the pickup of the wrong items. In the event that a courier pickup is not available in your area, we might ask you to send us the wrong items back through the nearest courier and we will refund the shipping fee for the returned items.
